How do we calculate your quote?

Embroidery

• Prices include the garment and an embroidery design of up to 6,000 stitches in any one location.
• Additional positions start at £1.30 + VAT per position.
• The first time we embroider your logo you will be charged an origination cost (the process of converting your design to run on our embroidery machines). Our standard set-up charge is £7.00 + VAT per 1,000 stitches (an average left breast size logo is approximately 6,000 stitches). Text only designs (in a common font) incur a set-up charge of only £10.00 + VAT.

Screen Printing

• Prices include the garment and a single colour print in any one location.
• Additional positions are charged at £0.70 + VAT per position.
• Additional colours are charged at £0.20 + VAT per garment.
• Each printed colour requires a screen, charged at £11.00 + VAT each.

Quantity Discounts

To calculate your quantity discount simply add together the total number of printed or embroidered garments. For example, 15 polo shirts and 16 sweatshirts = 31 garments. Therefore the discounted price is shown in the 25-49 column for each garment (fleeces, jackets, bags, badges, hats, caps and ties are usually excluded from this calculation). This discount only applies to quantities of each separate design.

Carriage

We despatch by next day courrier to any address in mainland Britain and charge £9.75+VAT for the first carton and £6.80+VAT for subsequent cartons. For orders over £1,000 excluding VAT, please contact us so that we can give you a specific quote. We are are also happy to organise the shipment of your order overseas if required. Please don't hesitate to contact our sales team for a quote.

General Information

Payment

Upon confirmation of your first order you will be asked to pay upfront by either BACS, cheque or credit card. If you order for a second time you can apply for credit whereupon standard payment terms would be 30 days.

Packaging

For orders under 200 garments our textile products are individually wrapped in a polybag at no extra cost (there are a few exceptions to this rule such as badges). Your order will also be packaged in a new box.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery is normally within 10 working days from confirmation of the order. If you require a quicker turnaround please do not hesitate to contact our sales team - we will always try to help if timescales are tight.

Printing or Embroidering onto your own garments

We are happy to print or embroider onto your own garments but stress that these are done at your own risk. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

Supplying Artwork

PC: PC Compatible artwork files can be supplied in most formats. Corel Draw (Version 11 or below) is preferred or any other vector program that is compatible with the Corel Package (Illustrator, Freehand etc). Bitmaps of designs can be accepted (JPEGG, TIFF, GIF, BMP) provided they are of high resolution (600 dpi or above) are supplied actual print size and colour separable to spot colours if required. Please also supply Pantone references with your artwork. We can accept artwork saved in the above formats on CD and also by email or ftp transfer (please call our artwork department for details). Please send all disks in a protective cover to avoid damage during transit and with a colour visual if possible. Disks and artwork can be returned if requested.

MAC FILES: Macintosh compatible files can be saved in Adobe Illustrator (version 11 or below), Adobe Photoshop (version 8 or below) or Quark Express (version 6 or below). Photoshop files can be accepted provided they are of high resolution (600 dpi or above) and are supplied actual print size. Please ensure that all logos are colour separable to spot colours and Pantone references are supplied.

All artwork can be sent to us in the above formats on CD, DVD, emailed to design@kingflw.com or contact us to arrange an FTP transfer.
