Pricing

Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear reserves the right to change prices and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. All previous deals and promotions will end upon publication of the current website. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

Delivery will normally be made within 14 days from confirmation of order (and receipt of artwork) to all UK mainland addresses. Some remote addresses and Islands may require a few extra days. Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control.

Force Majeure

Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.

Washing Instructions

All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear must be strictly complied with.

Payment

Unless with prior agreement from Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear payment is to be made in full at the time of placing the order.

Title

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear.

Cancellations

Any cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any /all artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full. Any garments which have already been processed with a logo will be charged in full.
Online orders made via our website, once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Artwork

It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before printing or embroidery begins. We accept no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to artwork supplied.

Changes to Artwork

Any changes to artwork which has already been processed will incur further costs.

Screens

Screens remain the property of Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear.

Own Garments

Customer's property supplied for printing or embroidery is held at the customer's risk. Whilst every care will be taken in printing or embroidery, we cannot accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of materials supplied by the customer. If any error occurs while printing/embroidering a logo onto a customers own garment, Kingfisher is only liable for the quoted price of applying the print/embroidery to said garment. At no time and under no circumstance shall Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear be liable for the cost of the garment.

Copyright

Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.

Samples

Samples are sent out upon request to the customer. These will be invoiced to the customer. A credit will be raised if the samples are returned within 4 weeks from date of invoicing. We reserve the right not to accept samples returned without either an invoice or order reference. If the samples are not returned within 4 weeks the customer must pay for them fully as per the invoice.

Substitute Garments / Fabrics

Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear will always endeavour to supply any particular garments / fabrics specified by the customer. Where these are unavailable, however, Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear reserves the right to substitute with garments / fabrics of similar quality or size.

Shortfalls / Quality Issues

Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns Policy

Items that are faulty or need to be exchanged must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Items for exchange must be in their original condition “as new” with their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for garments which have been personalised with a design or logo unless the garment is faulty. In the event of returned items, the customer is liable for the cost of returning all goods.

Liability

In any event the liability of Kingfisher Leisure & Workwear is restricted to their price list for the goods involved.
